A replica of the analog Windows Clock, the famous accessory
that shipped with Microsoft Windows for a decade. The colours and geometry are
genuine to the original.

Clock (
CLOCK.EXE) ships with the first retail release of Windows,
alongside Calculator, Notepad, Paintbrush, Write and Terminal.
Released 20 November 1985.
- Windows 2.x
- Analog face only — no digital mode yet.
- Windows 3.0
- Released in 1990. Adds a digital display option to the Settings menu.
- Windows 3.1

Released to manufacturing on 6 April 1992. Its Clock adds the date display,
a No Title option to strip the window chrome, and a font picker for
digital mode.
- Windows 95

Released in 1995. The taskbar clock — here and in NT 4.0 —
takes over, and
CLOCK.EXE quietly retires.

Published by Microsoft. No individual author is publicly credited for the original
CLOCK.EXE — Windows accessories of that era shipped without bylines,
and the program carried no About box naming its programmer.
